Will’s background working at the intersection of Republican politics, advocacy, and grassroots organizing offers a unique perspective to Civitas’ clients. Will has a decade of experience working with clients at the Republican Governors Association and the Republican State Leadership Committee. Prior to joining Civitas, Will managed comprehensive government affairs initiatives at Republican-led government affairs firms. He leverages this deep network of state-level relationships to help organizations navigate complex legislative and regulatory challenges.

Throughout his career, Will has developed trusted relationships with governors, lieutenant governors, and state legislative leaders, representing organizations of all sizes from Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups to mission-driven non-profits. His experience spans a wide range of industries, including energy, early childhood education, and environmental policy.

Will holds a degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross. A Florida native, Will currently resides in Boston, where he enjoys New England’s occasional warm weather.
