Will’s background working at the intersection of Republican politics, advocacy, and grassroots organizing offers a unique perspective to Civitas’ clients.
Prior to joining Civitas, Will managed comprehensive government affairs initiatives at Republican-led government affairs firms, where he refined his expertise in state and federal policy strategy and advocacy. In these roles, Will supported clients in navigating complex political environments and advancing legislative initiatives across the country.
Throughout his career, Will has developed trusted relationships with governors, lieutenant governors, and state legislative leaders, representing organizations of all sizes from Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups to mission-driven non-profits. His experience spans a wide range of industries, including energy, early childhood education, and environmental policy.
Will holds a degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross. A Florida native, Will currently resides in Boston, where he enjoys New England’s occasional warm weather.
