Will Devine is a Senior Associate at Civitas Public Affairs Group. In his work, Will supports clients across a broad range of issues on policy and strategy at the federal and state levels. Will’s background working at the intersection of Republican politics, advocacy, and grassroots organizing brings a unique perspective to Civitas’ clients.

Before joining Civitas, Will worked at A10 Associates, a government relations firm where he led the firm’s state government affairs practice. Will worked closely with governors, lieutenant governors, and state legislatures on behalf of publicly traded companies, small startups, and non-profits. In addition to leading the firm’s state practice, Will also represented clients before Congress and federal agencies, notably the Departments of Transportation and Energy. Will started his political career at Flywheel Government Solutions, where he worked with climate and clean energy clients to advance their objectives in state capitals across the country.

Will holds a degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross. A Florida native, Will currently resides in Boston, where he enjoys New England’s occasional warm weather.
