Sofia Girvin is a project Coordinator at Civitas Public Affairs Group. In her role, Sofia provides administrative and logistical support to the Civitas team and client projects.

Prior to joining Civitas, Sofia was a Media Assistant at GMMB, working on media buying for progressive candidates and issue groups in the 2022 midterm elections.

While studying public policy at Duke University, Sofia focused her academic work on gun violence prevention policy, higher education policy, and election integrity. This spurred her interest in working in the advocacy and public policy field.
