Isabel Kilgariff (she/her/hers) is an Executive Assistant at Civitas.

Prior to joining Civitas, Isabel held various administrative roles at tech startups, where she developed a strong passion for company culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She founded and served as a co-lead for LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Groups, helping foster more inclusive and connected workplaces.

Isabel earned her bachelor’s degree in English and Linguistics, with a minor in Psychology, from Northeastern University. While at Northeastern, she studied abroad at Dublin City University, was involved with the ACLU, and served as Secretary of the Delta Alpha Pi Honor Society. Originally from Philadelphia, Isabel now resides in Brooklyn.
